The Case Continues! Blac Chyna Wants To Take the Stand Again but The Kardashians Are NOT Buying the Logic!
Blac Chyna wants another chance on the stand.
The court case between Blac Chyna and The Kardashians is continuing on and heating up. Blac Chyna has most recently expressed that she wants to have another chance to go under oath and testify on the stand because she does not feel that she said what she needed to say while she was up there. She asserts that the revenge porn photos that she was shown during the trail through her off. She claims she was, after that, not in the right headspace to continue on the stand. According to an article on TMZ, her legal team has officially filed the documents in an attempt to get Chyna under oath again.
The pictures were shown to her by the Kardashian's attourney just before it was her time to say her piece. The pictures, the influencer claims, caused her to panic cry just before she was supposed to speak. This messed with her headspace and is, therefore, why she is trying to get on the stand again.
However, the Kardashian team is not buying this logic. They believe that this claim is being made just so that she can try again in a better manner. In total, Blac Chyna was on the stand for over eleven hours. Furthermore, the Kardashians have asked for a directed verdict in which a jury would not be consulted. The final ruling would be up to the judge. They believe that this is the real reason that Blac Chyna is requesting a do over.
