Travis Barker Makes Kourtney Kardashian’s Mom Kris Jenner Cry – What Happened?
Travis Barker moved Kris Jenner with his heartfelt gesture before marrying Kourtney Kardashian.
After months of dating, Kourtney and Travis tied the knot at the One Love Wedding Chapel. Although they did not have a marriage license at that time, the Blink-182 drummer paid respect to Kourtney's father, Robert Kardashian Sr., and asked for his blessing before the ceremony.
On Thursday's episode of "The Kardashian," the momager emotionally revealed that Travis visited Kardashian Sr.'s grave for his spiritual blessing.
"He asked for her hand in marriage, and I was like, literally, I want to cry now. It was so sweet and so tender. And then he said he went to your dad's grave and asked your dad [for permission], and I just lost it," she told Kim.
Kris added that she wishes that the late lawyer was here to personally see Kourtney getting married. Although the Posh founder already has three kids - Mason, Penelope, and Reign - it was the first time she formally tied the knot with someone she loves.
Kim, in response to her mother's statement, said that it was crazy to know that the eldest Kardashian sister had not been married before. She then joked that she had enough marriage for her siblings, though.
Kardashian Sr. died on Sep. 30, 2003, weeks after being diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He famously became part of O.J. Simpson's dream team when he was charged with murdering Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.
Kourtney Kardashian's Children Reportedly Upset Because of Travis Barker
While Kris and the whole family feel happy for Kourtney, the reality star's children were reportedly upset since they were not included when Barker proposed to their mother.
In Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians," Kendall Jenner asked Kourtney if she has sympathy for her former partner, Scott Disick. Khloe added more fuel to the fire by noting that the kids were upset since they did not know why they were not there when the musician proposed.
Scott then expressed that he hopes the children are invited to the duo's wedding. He also asked Khloe if he would also be invited to the ceremony.

The new episodes of "The Kardashians" aired after a source told PEOPLE that Kourtney and Travis started planning for their future - including having a baby together.
"It's been an emotional rollercoaster. They never expected it to be as hard as it's been. It's been especially difficult for Kourtney. They still would love to have a baby. Travis is not putting any pressure on Kourtney, though. He just wants her to be happy and healthy," the insider said.
