Last time the world heard from the awkward and hazard-prone Jay, Neil, Simon, and Will was back in 2011 when the British comedy made their first spin off movie.

Now actors Simon Bird, James Buckley, Blake Harrison, and Joe Thomas are back for the second film since the show went off the air in 2010.

"Yes I'm very excited over the news! #inbetweeners2 I hope you are too! Anyway I've got lines to learn," Buckley tweeted.

With a release date set for the summer of 2014, Creators Damon Beesley and Iain Morris are on board to write the script.

"We couldn't be more excited to be making another Inbetweeners movie with Simon, Joe, James and Blake. Frankly it's pathetic how much we've all missed each other," the duo said in a statement, according to NME. "A new chapter in the lives of the Inbetweeners feels like the very least we can do to thank the fans for their phenomenal response to the first movie."

Set in Crete, the previous grossed £45 million in the U.K. and £80 million worldwide. Inbetweeners 2 will hopefully do just as well at the box office again. According to NME, the film will once follow the boys out of their native Britain and watch them try to deal with Australia instead.
