Fans of Johnny Depp are anticipating the testimony of his ex-girlfriend Kate Moss in his $50 million defamation suit against ex-wife Amber Heard.

After rumors and Heard's testimony that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star pushed Moss down the stairs during an alleged drunken incident in 1994, the British supermodel will tell her side of the story.

According to reports, the 48-year-old fashion icon dated Depp from 1994 to 1997, and she is scheduled to appear in court virtually on Wednesday.

Kate Moss Will Recount the Stairs Event

Moss, who rarely speaks publicly about her personal life, is expected to refute the "Aquaman" actress' claims that the 58-year-old actor pushed her down the stairs.

According to a New York Post source, Kate Moss will discuss what happened in Jamaica while she was "walking down some stairs."

According to the source, she was wearing flip-flops and slipped on the last two stairs.

Johnny Depp was said to have caught her and even cared for her.

What Amber Heard Had to Said About Kate Moss

Amber Heard mentioned Moss in her testimony in early May, saying she felt connected to her after hearing a rumor that Depp pushed her down the stairs when they were dating.

She made the remark on May 5, telling the jury about a fight in March 2015 in which she claimed to have punched the "Edward Scissorhands" actor in the face because she was afraid he would push his sister Whitney Henriquez down the stairs.

The formalized paraphrase ""Whitney's back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her," the "Rum Diaries" actress explained. I don't hesitate or wait; I simply think of Kate Moss and stairs in my head."

However, by mentioning what happened, Heard may have given Depp's legal team permission to call her as a witness to discuss the rumors, which sources say are all false.

Is Johnny Depp Going to Take The Stand Again?

Johnny Depp was scheduled to testify again in the coming days, but Amber Heard's lawyers announced yesterday that they had changed their minds.

It would be "as relevant to us as a bicycle is to a fish," they claimed.

"Everything Depp has testified about up to this point has been irrelevant to the heart of this case," one of Heard's legal representatives explained, "and there's no reason to believe it would be any different now."
