Amber Heard led herself to a pitfall before the defamation trial with Johnny Depp ended.

Throughout the six weeks of the trial, Heard found herself in the hot seat due to commendable performances Depp's lawyers gave to prove the actor's innocence.

On Thursday, Camille Vasquez's cross-examination also made her admit that she wrote the op-ed for The Washington Post to see and prove that many people would support Depp despite her allegations.

"I know how many people will come out and say whatever for him. That's his power. That's why I wrote the op-ed. I was speaking to that phenomenon, (about) how many people will come out in support of him and fall to his power. He is a very powerful man and people love currying favor with powerful men," she said, seemingly confessing that she wrote the article with malice.

During the questioning, YouTuber The DUI Guy offered a live video to give details of how the jury reacted. At the same time, he noted the two lines the "Aquaman" star said that ultimately killed herself.

Amber Heard Killed Herself With 2 Lines

On his YouTube channel, The DUI Guy gave a three-hour-long video of him explaining jurors' reactions. The YouTuber, who also turned out to be a top DUI lawyer, said that Heard led herself to danger as she spoke recklessly during the cross-examination.

"Two quotes that killed Amber Heard fatally today and why I am convinced Johnny Depp will win: Number 1 is 'Protecting the secret that I did for as long as I did' and 2, 'When I wrote [up] the op-ed,'" he said.

According to The DUI Guy, the real secret is that the actress lied about the allegations.

The same YouTuber even put Elaine Bredehoft's reaction after being roasted by the former TMZ employee on his Twitter background, proving that he sides with Depp in the trial.

Although the lines indeed damaged Heard, attorney Mitra Ahouraian (a lawyer who is not directly related to the case) told The Independent that the actor's party should show that she behaved with actual malice to make the court's ruling favor of him.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's defamation trial had its closing arguments on Friday, May 27.

The jurors are now working to determine the final ruling and announced the result soon.
