Emma Roberts has officially assured the world that a Scream Queens reboot is not out of the question.

Scream Queens was a show that follows the mystery surrounding a series of murders that have taken place at Wallace University and the on-goings at the sorority Kappa House. Kappa House queen is none other that Chanel Oberlin, who was played iconically by the excellent Emma Roberts. While the show had the makings of a cult following, it only lasted for two seasons. The show first aired in 2015 and closed production 2016. The feeling of completion that the show left after only two season was a major reason it was canceled by the networks. However, in the current day and age, a time when horror-comedies are officially all the rage, people have started screaming for a Scream Queens return. No, we are not just talking about the fans.

The Scream Queens star herself, Emma Roberts, recently said in an interview that she is open and ready for a Scream Queens season three if and when it ever comes out. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the star shared in regards to her character Chanel Oberlin:

"I feel like I'm ready to have her rise again, I don't know. It's not up to me. But, no, it's funny because that show was now so long ago, and I still see things coming up on my Instagram about people just like loving it, parodying it, and doing TikToks and all that, and it just makes me so happy that she's really stood the test of time."

We will let you know if any of these Scream Queens season three whispers come to fruition.
