Amber Heard made another statement saying that she could have won the defamation trial if only she had given the evidence she actually has.

Heard shared more details about the case in her recent interview with the "TODAY" show. In one part, she said that her doctor's notes would have made a difference in the jury's decision if she was able to show them in the courtroom.

According to the "Aquaman" star, her doctor's notes recorded everything she said during the trial, starting from the time she began her relationship with Depp.

Savannah Guthrie then revealed that they reviewed the aforesaid notes and discovered that Heard had been talking about physical abuse since 2012.

In January 2012, she told her therapist that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor hit and threw her on the floor. Eight months later, per Deadline, Depp ripped her nightgown and threw her on the bed.

In 2013, Depp allegedly threatened to kill her after throwing her against a wall.

The actress's lawyers also presented text messages to NBC News, showing her communications with her father. One of which claimed that the actor kicked her in front of everyone.

Heard was reportedly referring to the incident when her then-husband kicked her during a private plane flight.

After the actress's revelation, a representative for Depp expressed the team's dismay as Heard remains unstoppable despite the court finding her guilty of defaming the actor.

"It's unfortunate that the defendant and her team are back to repeating and reimagining and re-litigating matters that have already been decided by the court," the spokesperson said.

Amber Heard Got Another Evidence?

It was not reportedly the only evidence Heard got but failed to include in the trial.

The actress was supposed to share a photo of her after Depp purportedly backhanded her in one of their fights. She alleged that Depp's rings made the injury worse as it felt like her lip went into her teeth.

The image in question, obtained by a news outlet, shows her bloody lip as she holds a Post-It note that reads, "I shall return... XXX." She said that Depp left it after the incident.

The judge, however, turned down the request to include the photo as evidence after Depp's legal team objected. According to the judge, the aforesaid photo had not been part of the discovery phase in the ongoing defamation case. As it is, it is no longer eligible to be introduced.
