Meghan Markle will be 41 years old on August 4th.

A brand and reputation management specialist believes the Duchess of Sussex's plan to divert the attention her birthday would bring her to others is "straight out of her textbook."

Eric Schiffer says Meghan is aware that on important occasions such as her birthday, she may direct public attention to a subject near to her heart.

He told Express that by doing so, she would be following a strategy "straight out of her playbook."

"It's a centuries-old practice for individuals in positions of power to bequeath their limelight in order to uplift others."

To commemorate her 40th birthday, Meghan Markle created a one-of-a-kind initiative called 40x40 last year.

She notably collaborated with Melissa McCarthy on a short video in which the latter joked about how they could commemorate the former royal's milestone birthday.

When asked if she was organizing a boat party or a "Suits" reunion, Meghan stated that her effort was to urge 40 of her friends to volunteer 40 minutes of their time to mentor a woman who was laid off due to the COVID epidemic.

The Duchess of Sussex stated that more than two million women lost their jobs during the crisis, not just in the United Kingdom.

She also anticipated that the effort would have a "ripple effect," involving many individuals.

It's currently unclear how Meghan Markle will exactly celebrate her birthday, but she is in the US with her husband Prince Harry and their two kids, Lilibet Diana and Archie Harrison.

Will Meghan Markle Receive Birthday Greetings From Royal Family?

The British royal family, according to reports, does not want to cause a commotion with the Duchess of Sussex before of her birthday.

However, she may be receiving birthday pleasantries from across the water to cover up the supposed schism.

According to royal expert Phil Dampier, they will most certainly send a public statement, albeit through clenched teeth.

"I think Charles, the Queen, and William and Kate don't want to aggravate the matter by having a public slanging battle with them," he continued, "but privately I think they are quite angry by how things have turned out."

While the royals are not required to welcome Meghan on her birthday, they will do so in order to "not make it worse."
