Robert De Niro is being exposed by his former assistant, who is stating what he did to her when she was working for him.

According to Radar Online, Graham Chase Robinson has allegedly testified under oath about the alleged poisonous work circumstances that the actor forced her to endure.

The site was also able to access the transcript of De Niro's ex-deposition, employee's since she was recently deposed by his attorneys as part of their federal cases.

From 2008 until 2020, Robinson served as the actor's personal assistant for "The GoodFellas." However, Robinson rose through the ranks of Canal Productions, De Niro's firm, to become Vice President of Production and Finance.

According to court records obtained as part of the complaint, Robinson was earning $300,000 per year when she quit.

The veteran actor, 78, accused Robinson of solely binge-watching at workand even using the business credit card for personal costs.

Robinson allegedly used the company credit card for her own food, dog-sitting, Ubers and taxis, cameras, groceries, magazine subscriptions, iPhones, Pilates lessons, dry-cleaning, and an unknown amount of gift cards, according to the lawsuit.

Now, Robert De Niro is being sued for $6 million in damages.

Robinson, on the other hand, has filed a complaint alleging gender discrimination. She is asking for $12 million.

Robinson alleged in her complaint that her employer created a hostile environment and paid his male personal trainer more than she did.

During the deposition, the former assistant was questioned under oath about her accusations, with the "Taxi Driver" star's attorney asking, "How frequently did Mr. De Niro call you a b--- in the previous three years of employment?"

She then responded that she had been called such "on multiple occasions" throughout her work, more than five times.

When asked how many times she was called a "brat" by De Niro over that time period, Robinson said, "Multiple times."

Robinson was also questioned about if she would yell at her employer at work, although she admitted to raising her voice once.

Robinson further stated that the actor made "several jokes" regarding his Viagra prescription.

De Niro's counsel then questioned her about charges that De Niro had her visualize him on the toilet, to which she said that it happened in 2018 while they were in his townhouse.

Graham Chase Robinson also stated that she was carried into the master bathroom and that De Niro told her to "imagine me on the toilet and he squatted on the toilet."

"And I felt that was really improper, and I did say something to him at that time that was terrible," she explained.

Robinson further alleged that for over 11 years, her employer frequently peed on the phone with her, saying that Robert De Niro "had absolutely no boundaries."

De Niro allegedly frequently requested that Robinson button up his shirt and stroke his back.

Meanwhile, the "Casino" star has asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed and has denied any misconduct.
