Devin Ratray, popularly known for being a child actor who portrayed the character of Buzz McCallister in the popular Christmas movie franchise "Home Alone," is being investigated over a case that was filed years ago.

According to Daily Star, an unnamed woman filed a rape report against the actor back in 2017. Recently, she reportedly reached out to police officers again to ask why her case didn't move forward.

The outlet noted that authorities didn't carry on with the investigation as they thought the woman didn't want the case to move forward and the actor to be charged.

Upon finding out that her case did not have any progress, the alleged victim told CNN that she was "devastated."

What Did Devin Ratray Do to the Unnamed Woman?

Prior to the alleged incident, the woman claimed that she had known the actor and had been acquainted with her and her brother.

She claimed that she, her brother, and another friend met up with Ratray and then went to his apartment to continue drinking.

Upon reaching the actor's place, the woman claimed she was given a drink that Ratray made which allegedly contained drugs.

Speaking about what happened, the victim recalled she woke up and couldn't move.

"I could hear what was happening and I could feel what was happening. I knew that the other two people were gone and I was still on the couch," she explained.

The outlet reached out to the actor, who then denied the allegations.

Not Devin Ratray's First Case Over the Past Years

According to People Magazine, Devin Ratray was arrested late last year after he allegedly attempted to strangle his girlfriend at the time.

The 45-year-old actor was charged with one count of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and one count of domestic assault and battery. His bond was set at $25,000.

As explained in a police report by the Oklahoma Police Department, obtained by Page Six, the woman claimed that aside from the strangulation, the actor punched her in the face and covered her mouth with his hand.

The reason why things got out of hand was the woman got into a heated argument with Ratray at a bar, leading her to leave him to return to their hotel room.
