Charlbi Dean died on Monday in a New York City hospital from a "unexpected illness."

The 32-year-old rising actress was most recognized for her part in "Black Lightning" as Syonide.

However, his buddy and boxing trainer has revealed the actress and model's frightening final days.

Just days before her untimely death, Charlbi was characterized as joyful, healthy, and in high spirits.

Gary Stark Jr., who talked to The Sun, was supposed to meet with Charlbi on Monday, but she canceled at the last minute.

For the previous month, the boxing guru has apparently been working with the actress three times a week.

When he questioned why Charlbi canceled, the gym owner stated they didn't know.

Gary, on the other hand, thought it was odd because they were supposed to exercise again today at 10 a.m.

Gary said he last saw Charlbi in the boxing gym on Friday, August 26. The former professional boxer, who learned of Charlbi Dean's death just seconds before speaking with the source, stated that she appeared to be in fantastic condition and did not suggest that she was not feeling well.

"She was amazing, she was fantastic... I didn't see anything she may have had."

Boxing provided the actress with an excellent mental and physical exercise, and she was even hailed as "on target."

It is yet unknown what unexpected illness Charlbi Dean was suffering from at the time of her death.

Gary did, however, offer two videos of his client practicing only days before her untimely death, in which she smiles and laughs as she aggressively smacks the pads.

Gary added that despite only knowing Charlbi for a few weeks, he and the actress were able to form a strong bond, and that he even referred to her as his "little sitter" since they "hit it off straight away."

A Near-Death Experience

Charlbi Dean experienced a near-fatal vehicle accident in her hometown of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2009.

She had a collapsed lung, two vertebrae were injured, and she shattered her wrist, four ribs, and an elbow as a result of the event.

She subsequently had life-saving surgery, which resulted in her "signature" belly scar, which Charlbi proudly displayed during a fashion show.

Charlbi Dean has appeared in several movies, including "Blood in the Water," "Don't Sleep," "An Interview with God," "Pothole," and the forthcoming "Triangle of Sadness."
