A 911 call has been released following Myles Garrett's horrifying car crash.

The Cleveland Browns defensive end player got involved in a single car accident on Monday, with the vehicle flipping several times before coming to a stop. The team said in a statement that Garrett and a female passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries, but a 911 call recently revealed her worrying condition.

A news outlet recently obtained a copy of the 911 call made by a man named, who informed the dispatch about "a car accident for one of our customers" in Medina, Ohio, and the female passenger complained of a head injury.

The dispatcher asked whether anyone was hurt in the accident, and that was when he told the 911 staff about the lady's condition. He also asked the police and EMS to go to the scene.

Meanwhile, another 911 call recorded a man reporting the crash, telling the dispatch about the "bad accident. The two passengers, according to the caller, were sitting outside after losing control of the vehicle. He also called saying there were ruins something gnarly.

As of press time, the car accident remains under probe. But the police have since clarified that no alcohol or drugs were involved.

"A blood draw for the purposes of law enforcement was not conducted due to a lack of probable cause as signs of impairment were not observed by the investigating trooper," a spokesperson for the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

Meanwhile, Garrett complained of wrist pain, but he also had noticeable blood on his ankle and chest. But his agent, Nicole Lynn, said that he did not suffer broken bones and would still be able to compete in the upcoming game against the Atlanta Falcons.
