Angelina Jolie attempted to obtain more records of her 2016 plane fight with Brad Pitt, but the FBI ultimately rejected her.

Radar Online got a copy of the court documents in which the FBI and the Department of Justice urged the federal judge to reject Jolie's request to have the additional records amid the probe.

For what it's worth, the "Maleficent" actress filed a lawsuit against the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act. She used the pseudonym, Jane Doe, as she believed the "Bullet Train" actor should have been arrested then.

She added that the FBI showed an "intriguing decision" when it did not proceed with the arrest.

But the FBI and DOJ still believe the matriarch is not entitled to see the already sealed documents.

The FBI dismissed the claims of wrongdoing and said it turned over 53 pages out of 108 pages in May 2017. Jolie reportedly requested more in 2020, and another 91 pages out of 136 were given to her last year.

"[The court lacks] subject matter jurisdiction over [Jolie's] requests for relief to the extent that they exceed the relief authorized under FOIA. [Angelina Jolie is] not entitled to compel the release of information protected from disclosure by one of more of the exemptions to the Freedom of Information Act request," the recent request reads.

The court is yet to respond whether or not it would grant Jolie access or approve the FBI and DOJ's attempt to stop the actress's plan.

Brad Pitt's Friends Hit Back At Angelina Jolie's New Lawsuit

The FBI and DOJ's request came days after the actor's representatives accused Jolie of "poisoning" the kids while digging up their past.

Sources close to Pitt, per Daily Mail, accused the actress of trying hard to have a disinformation campaign against the actor through her recent accusation regarding the private jet incident.

The friends also called her a hypocrite when she complained about her estranged husband's request for a Non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

"He has been on the receiving end of every type of personal attack and misrepresentation. Thankfully, the various public authorities the other side has tried to use against him over the past six years have made their own independent decisions. Brad will continue to respond in court as he has consistently done," his lawyer, Anne Kiley, said.
