The entire world was stunned when photos of the former Disney Channel star and the model were released together at the Annual Museum Gala in Los Angeles over the weekend, as if they were BFFs.

The photos of the two stunning ladies, who have been pitted against each other since Hailey married Selena's on-again, off-again lover, Justin Bieber, went viral almost instantly.

Fans were instantly curious as to what Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez discussed, but thankfully, Hollywood Lifelearnt what they discussed during the absolutely unexpected encounter.

According to a source who spoke with the site, the 25-year-old blonde bombshell stated that they chatted for quite some time and that, while they didn't get into anything too deep, they were able to be honest with each other about where they are today.

They hadn't been seen together in four years prior to the incident, and they rarely spoke about each other when questioned.

But that all changed a few weeks ago, when Justin's wife discussed the "hate" she has received from the "Wizards of Waverly Place" actress' fans in a recent podcast interview.

Hailey stated on the "Who's Your Daddy" podcast that she had considered suicide due to the hatred she has received.

Meanwhile, Selena reacted on TikTok, informing her followers that she is aware of the "vile" and "disgusting" behavior of some of her fans and that it must stop.

According to the insider, the gala was the opportunity Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber had been looking for, since the former knew it had been a long time coming.
