Meghan Markle doesn't want to be associated with the royals anymore, a royal biographer claims, but some netizens don't buy it.

Royal correspondent and biographer Omid Scobie sat down with People ahead of the release of his new book, "Endgame." He claimed that the Duchess was done with the royal family, unlike her husband, who is directly related to the members of the firm.

"Quite early on in the [book-writing] process, some of those Meghan sources that I really leant on in the earlier years this time were like, 'You know what? She doesn't want anything to do with it,'" said Scobie, who has covered the royals for over a decade.

However, he said Prince Harry still has "unfinished business" regarding his battle with the press. Also, the Duke of Sussex allegedly has a "reluctant acceptance" of his father, King Charles.

"He would rather have that in his life than to cut it off completely. Hence, when they talk it is often [Harry] reaching out," Scobie added.

Several netizens reacted to the report, with many disagreeing with the "Finding Freedom" author. According to them, the former "Suits" star hasn't moved on as long as the Sussexes keep their royal titles.

"She hasn't moved on at all. If she had, she would give back the title that she clings to for dear life. Without that title she has nothing to merch except her husband's dead mother," one user wrote before adding, "I hope she understands that most of the decent people on this planet can see right through her and don't want anything to do with it/her!!!!"

"Then please return your and your children's titles. Simples," a second user added. A third wrote, "When she keeps having to tell us she's moved on, she hasn't moved on."

"Haha .. except she still uses the title and tries to upstage all of their events with prearranged pap shots," another opined.

Some netizens agreed with Scobie. For them, Markle should distance herself from the royal family.

"Good. She doesn't need that toxic family that can't even get along with each other. I mean look at Kate these days. She has aged like 10 years bc of the stress William puts her through. Meghan married the best brother," one claimed.

"Living and striving in California," a Sussex fan wrote with a clapping hands emoji. Another netizen agreed that Markle is "much better off moving on" because her distance from the royal gave her "her life, voice, freedom back."

"Can anyone blame her between the Royal Family members, toxic British media and some of the most hateful Brit's I would not want to have anything to do with them," a fourth user said.

Scobie revealed new claims in his upcoming book about the royal family. In an excerpt obtained by People, he alleged that King Charles prevented Markle from joining Prince Harry when he flew to Balmoral to be with the late Queen on her deathbed because her sister-in-law Kate Middleton chose to stay back in Windsor to pick up her children from their first day at their new school.

"Endgame" is out on Nov. 28.
