Robert Pattinson is going to be a dad for the first time, and his fans have mixed reactions after learning about the news.

For months, fans of the "Twilight" star had been wondering if his girlfriend, Suki Waterhouse, was pregnant. She seemingly confirmed the news in a video shared on X, formerly Twitter, when she took the stage at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico.

"I'm extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that's going on," Waterhouse said before flapping open her coat to reveal her baby bump as the crowd cheered. "I'm not sure if it's working."

Pattinson's fans immediately took to social media to share their reaction to the news. Several netizens joke about feeling sad they aren't the baby mama of "The Batman" star's first child.

"Robert Pattinson is having a baby??? and I'm not the mom??? Pls respect my privacy as I need time to recover from this," one wrote. Another shared a gif file with the caption, "Me getting on here to see Robert Pattinson is gonna be a dad & I'm not the baby momma."

"Robert Pattinson is having a baby, and it isn't mine," another wrote.

"You guys had me out here hyperventilating because you've got Robert Pattinson and 'Rest in Peace' trending at the same time," a third user added. "I even forgot to get mad that I'm not his baby mama ... sigh."

Meanwhile, some congratulated the soon-to-be parents.

"Congratulations to Suki Waterhouse and Robert Pattinson! Their baby is going to be very beautiful," one fan tweeted.

"Congratulations to Robert Pattinson, who's going to be a dad," another added.

Pattinson and Waterhouse have been together for five years. They were first romantically linked in 2018 after being spotted packing on the PDA while in London, People reported.

They lived together in London during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he filmed his titular superhero movie "The Batman." At the time, an insider told People that their relationship was "on the fast track."

In February, Waterhouse spoke about her relationship with Pattinson. She admitted how happy she was and what they did to keep their romance alive despite not seeing each other for months.

"I'm shocked that I'm so happy with someone for nearly five years," she told The Sunday Times, adding that they don't allow themselves not to see each other for over two months. "I had two days off the other day, and it was like, no question I'm going back to see him."
