Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner will have a new uber-wealthy neighbor as soon as football quarterback Tom Brady moves into his new Indian Creek home in Miami this spring.

Indian Creek is a hotspot for private waterfront properties and a home to the ultrarich, like Ivanka and Jared.

Brady's home is reportedly in the final stages of its renovation, per the New York Post. Known as a "Billionaire Bunker," his luxurious waterfront mega-mansion boasts a state-of-the-art gym, a study, a waterfront pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, lush gardens, a tree-lined driveway, a motor court with a muti-car garage and primary and guest suites with terraces.

The NFL star acquired the 2-acre beach property at Indian Creek Island Road in 2021 with his then-wife Gisele Bündchen for $17 million.

After finalizing their divorce in October 2022, Brady took full ownership of the property following the division of assets with his ex.

On the other hand, Bündchen has her own $11.5 million waterfront home at 1400 Biscaya Drive in Surfside, Florida.

Meanwhile, Trump and Kushner bought their $31.8 million lot at Indian Creek in December 2020. Per Page Six, the bayfront estate they splurged on was formerly owned by Julio Iglesias.

Their luxurious property measures 1.84 acres with 200 feet of private waterfront.

Indian Creek is considered one of the most secure places in Florida since it provides a 13-man police force and a 24-hour marine patrol exclusively for just 29 residences. It is situated on a man-made barrier island along Biscayne Bay, a municipality in the Southern tip of the Florida peninsula.

The 294-acre secluded community is often referred to as the "Billionaire Bunker" because of the high net worth of its residents.

It offers its wealthy residents an ultra-exclusive private country club membership, an 18-hole golf course, state-of-the-art security systems and "meticulously-manicured" landscapes, among many others.

Other past and current residents of the "Billionaire Bunker" include Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, businessman Carl Icahn, French DJ and music producer David Guetta, Miami Dolphins head coach Don Shula, Sears CEO Edward Lampert, former Philadelphia Eagles owner Norman Braman and former U.S. Senator George A. Smathers.
