A psychic previously said that King Charles could have health issues even before Buckingham Palace announced his cancer diagnosis.

Earlier this year, Athos Salomé, dubbed the "Living Nostradamus," spoke with Daily Star. He said that the British monarch had to be cautious with his health. The monarch's health reportedly crossed his mind as early as his coronation last year.

"The King needs to be extra cautious about his urinary and sexual system, as well as complications related to his prostate and genital organs," Salomé said. "My concerns proved valid when the King was recently hospitalized due to prostate problems. These accurate predictions bring a dimension to [my] visions, adding urgency and depth."

He previously warned the King to "double the care." He also mentioned that the public would know if King Charles would remain on the throne between 2024 and 2025.

"Charles III must double the care with his health. Problems may arise in his urinary and sexual system, anus (prostate) and genitals, it is better to take care now if you want to reign in peace. From now on, the countdown begins. We will find out if he remains in power between 2024/2025," he said.

Last week, King Charles was discharged from a private hospital in London after a scheduled treatment for his enlarged prostate. Buckingham Palace said at the time that the King had "rescheduled forthcoming public engagements to allow for a period of private recuperation."

On Monday, Buckingham Palace announced that subsequent diagnostic tests showed that King Charles has some "form of cancer," and it was reportedly a "separate issue of concern."

"His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties. Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual," the announcement read.

"The King is grateful to his medical team for their swift intervention, which was made possible thanks to his recent hospital procedure. He remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible."

Meanwhile, the late Nostradamus' predictions for 2024 mentioned the "King of the Isles" who would be "driven out by force." While the French astrologer didn't directly mention the name, Mario Reading, a British author and Nostradamus commentator, believed it was referring to the British monarch. According to Reading's analysis, the King could also abdicate due to the "persistent attacks on both himself and his second wife."
