Justin Timberlake "fooled around" when he was still with Cameron Diaz, according to a former Playboy model.

Zoe Gregory, who moved into Hugh Hefner's famous Playboy mansion in 2001, claimed she "hooked up" with the former NSYNC singer.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Gregory recounted how she persuaded the "Cry Me a River" singer to fool around even when he was in a relationship.

US Playboy founder Hugh Hefner (L) arrives at the 44th Annual Grammy Awards with Playboy playmate Zoe Gregory (R), in Los Angeles, CA, 27 February 2002.

The British model said Timberlake initially declined because he was dating the "Charlie's Angels" actress at the time. However, when Gregory told him Diaz was "not with you," he allegedly agreed.

"He didn't want to look like a wimp. We both got in the grotto, and we both got our kit off -- down to his shorts -- and we ended up fooling around," Gregory said. "I didn't have sex with him, but we had a fondle, and we made out."

Actors Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz arrive at the UK film premiere of 'Shrek The Third' at the Odeon, Leicester Square on June 11, 2007 in London, England.

Diaz and Timberlake dated for four years, from 2003 to 2007. They met in April 2003 at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, and three months later, she joined him on the road for his tour with Christina Aguilera.

However, the pair didn't have plans to tie the knot when they were together. When Timberlake appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in 2006, he said that Diaz could buy a wedding dress, but there was a catch.

"The only thing is, you'll have to stay the same size for the next 15 years," he said, per People.

Justin Timberlake (L) and actress Cameron Diaz (R) attend a photocall to promote Chris Miller's film "Shrek The Third" on June 8, 2007 in Berlin, Germany. Shrek will be on German screens on June 21.

Two months later, the "My Sister's Keeper" actress appeared on the same show and told the host she wasn't the marrying type.

"I'm a commitment-phobe. Don't want to do it," Diaz said.

After nearly four years of dating, Diaz and Timberlake parted ways. They released a statement confirming their breakup.

"It has always been our preference not to comment on the status of our relationship, but out of respect for the time we've spent together, we feel compelled to do so now, in light of recent speculation and the number of inaccurate stories that are being reported by the media," the pair said in a statement to People.

"We have, in fact, ended our romantic relationship, and have done so mutually and as friends, with continued love and respect for one another."

There was no bad blood between the exes, who later reunited onscreen for the 2011 comedy-drama "Bad Teacher."

Actress Cameron Diaz and singer Justin Timberlake watch the Los Angeles Clippers take on the Los Angeles Lakers on April 9, 2006 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

"Justin and I have always had a good laugh together, and to make a movie where we get to have a laugh together, and there really was no one else who was more perfect for this part," Diaz told Us Weekly at the time. "It really wasn't a big deal, we had a great time and did the job, and we do what all actors do afterward: We all go our separate ways."

Both have since moved on from each other. Timberlake wed Jessica Biel in 2012. They share two kids, Silas, 8, and Phineas, 3. Meanwhile, Diaz eventually tied the knot with Benji Madden, with whom she shares a 3-year-old daughter, Raddix.
