First, they connived with a fake police officer who claimed Cowell broke cycling laws. They eventually asked him to wear a high-visibility jacket while biking.

Next, the hosts appeared on "America's Got Talent" as magician assistants and asked for the judge's participation in the act. They acted like something had gone wrong, leaving the record executive trapped in the box.

Eventually, the duo revealed that it was a prank.
