The celebrities who were supposed to make cameo appearances in Jennifer Lopez's film, which dropped alongside her ninth studio album "This Is Me... Now," have been revealed.

J.Lo released her "narrative-driven cinematic odyssey" titled "This Is Me... Now: A Love Story" on Prime Video on Feb. 16. Amazon described the film as a "genre-bending Amazon original" that showcases the singer's "journey to love through her own eyes."

It also features "fantastic costumes, breathtaking choreography and star-studded cameos." 

 

Included in the movie's star-studded cast are Fat Joe, Trevor Noah, Kim Petras, Post Malone, Keke Palmer, Sofia Vergara, Jenifer Lewis, Jay Shetty, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Sadhguru, Derek Hough and Ben Affleck, among many others, per the film's official trailer.

However, it's been revealed that more celebrities could have been added to the cast list, but they either declined to take part or were unavailable for filming.

In the behind-the-scenes documentary, "The Greatest Love Story Never Told," J.Lo talked about the process of making "This Is Me... Now" and revealed the other celebrities she considered to make cameos for her project, per Entertainment Weekly

While these celebrities weren't able to join J.Lo in her musical project, the "On The Floor" singer told EW that she was still thrilled with the final cast of her film.

"I think it was a big leap of faith for some of them," she said of those who trusted her and understood what she was trying to do.

"This Is Me... Now: A Love Story" can be streamed for free by Prime members. 

  

Meanwhile, J.Lo's documentary, "The Greatest Love Story Never Told," arrived on Prime Video on Tuesday.

In the docu, the 54-year-old entertainer gives her fans and spectators a glimpse of her past relationships before she rekindled her romance and married Ben Affleck.

"I have decided to tell my story, and I've never shared it with anybody in the world," she said in the documentary's official trailer.
