Kate Middleton was reportedly spotted out and about with her family after the Mother's Day photo scandal.

Onlookers claimed to have seen the Princess of Wales looking "happy, relaxed and healthy" while away from their Adelaide Cottage home in Windsor on Saturday, The Sun reported.

Enstarz couldn't independently verify the report.

Before they visited their favorite local farm shop just around a mile from their home, The Prince and Princess of Wales reportedly spent the morning watching their children -- Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Princess Louis, 5 -- participate in sports.

"After all the rumors that had been going round, I was stunned to see them there," an unnamed eyewitness claimed.

"Kate was out shopping with William, and she looked happy, and she looked well. The kids weren't with them, but it's such a good sign she was healthy enough to pop down to the shops."

The sightings over the weekend came amid various theories about her health and whereabouts. An insider claimed that she might address the issue soon.

"They are at their most open when out interacting with members of the public, and I can see a world in which the princess might discuss her recovery out on engagements," an unnamed royal insider told The Times of London on Saturday. "If she was going to do it, that's how she would do it."

Kensington Palace released her first official photos after her abdominal surgery on March 10 to mark Mother's Day. However, the snap received a "kill notice" from the Associated Press because it was "manipulated." Middleton addressed the controversy and apologized for the "confusion," admitting that she would "occasionally experiment with editing."

Her admission received mixed responses. Some netizens oddly asked if she was still alive as they wondered why the palace had to release a doctored image.

Comedian John Oliver joked that the palace was covering Middleton's real state while making a reference to the 1989 American comedy film "Weekend at Bernie's" where the main characters found Bernie dead at his home during a supposed weekend get-together and manipulated his limbs to act as if he was still alive because the other guests were too engrossed at the party they didn't notice he was already dead.

"There's a non-zero chance she died 18 months ago. They might be 'Weekend at Bernie's'-ing this situation," Oliver said. "I'm not saying it happened! I'm saying it's nonzero until proven otherwise. Until you see her with a copy of today's newspaper."

AI and Photoshop experts also dismissed the outrageous rumors about the Photoshopped image. They shut down the theories, including speculations that she swapped her face with her photo from her 2016 Vogue cover. The experts insisted that no body parts were replaced in the shot, with one noting that it was a "5-minute job on a low-res file."

TJ Thomson, an Australian visual media and communication expert at RMIT University, also said the photo was "probably more or less real," adding that "the basic components are probably accurate," but there was a little bit of airbrushing, smoothening and teeth whitening.
