Melania Trump turned another year older on Friday but opted to celebrate it quietly, according to a source.

The former first lady turned 54, and she allegedly celebrated her special day quietly with her son, Barron Trump, and father, Viktor Knavs. According to a source, the FLOTUS is still grieving following the passing of her mom, Amalija Knavs, in January.

"She is still suffering the loss of her mother, and this birthday is difficult in that respect," an unnamed source told People.

Melania lost her mom earlier this year. She announced her mother's passing on X at the time, weeks after skipping the Trump's Christmas and New Year's gatherings.

"It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved mother, Amalija," Melania wrote.

"Amalija Knavs was a strong woman who always carried herself with grace, warmth and dignity. She was entirely devoted to her husband, daughters, grandson and son-in-law. We will miss her beyond measure and continue to honor and love her legacy."

Another tipster from Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida claimed that Melania's birthday celebration would be spent out of the spotlight. Donald Trump's wife allegedly prefers to celebrate it privately.

"She will be with her family for a low-key celebration," the second insider said. "In these days, which are embarrassing for her, she finds comfort in her small family."

The Mar-a-Lago insider acknowledged that Melania was dealing with stressors, including her husband's legal issues. Donald Trump's criminal hush money trial concluded on Friday. However, the ex-FLOTUS reportedly "keeps to herself and does what she feels is important."

"She can pretty much deal with anything at this point," the source added of Melania. "She shares her husband's distrust of opposing political sides and does believe a lot of this is opposition from his political haters. But down deep, she knows who her husband is."

Stephanie Grisham, the former Trump administration secretary, communications director and chief of staff, spoke about Trump's legal battle, and she said it bothered the former president, especially since it would affect his wife.

"You know there's so many lawsuits and trials potentially going to happen. But this one, for me, I know is personally embarrassing to him, and it will personally trouble him when it comes to his family and certainly with his wife, Melania," Grisham said.

"We were in the White House [when] he was first hit with Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, the Playboy playmate. I was with Mrs. Trump the whole time, and she was not happy about it. And many days, she talked to me about how unhappy she was about what was happening."

Grisham was convinced that Melania was among the reasons Trump didn't want to confess his alleged affairs because he didn't want to hurt or make Melania angry. Also, it would reportedly not do him good because it would mean the payoff happened.
