Clint and Dina Eastwod have been living separately for quite some time now, according to an Us Weekly report on Aug. 29.

Dina has said that she and Eastwood remain close but have been living separately for some time. There are also reports that the couple actually seperated more than a year ago, in June 2012. 

"Clint fell out of love with Dina a long time ago," an insider told Us Weekly, noting that the separation was "amicable."

The couple had been married for 17 years and have a 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, together.

In April, rumors about the break-up started to surface when the pair made an appearance at the TriBeCa Film Festival in New York City and Clint's wedding ring was noticeably absent.

Earlier this year, Dina had also checked herself into rehab for problems with depression and anxiety.

The last time Dina was in the spotlight was for her now defunct reality TV series, Mrs. Eastwood and Company, which ran for only one season. The series followed their lives in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, where Eastwood was once mayor from 1986 to 1988. The 48-year-old, former TV news reporter declined to do another season. Morgan and Francesca Fisher-Eastwood (Dina's stepdaughter) also starred in the show. 20-year-old Francesca is Clint's daughter from his relationship with actress Frances Fisher (Titanic).

Though the 83-year-old has only been married once before, he is also dad to six other children. His daughter Alison and son Kyle were from his first wife, Maggie Johnson.
