Talk show host Bethenny Frankel and estranged husband Jason Hoppy appeared for another divorce hearing in a New York court Thursday morning, E! News reported.

Hoppy was dressed in a suit, while Frankel sported black dress pants and a printed blouse. Both parties were outside while their attorneys met with the judge, an eyewitness explained, adding that the former couple "were seated in halls but do not seem upset."

The couple have been in and out of divorce court since announced their split in December 2012 after nearly three years of marriage. Among other things, they need to come to an agreement regarding custody of their 3-year-old daughter Bryn. Enstars previously reported that Hoppy and Frankel are still living in the 3,400-square-foot Tribeca condo they moved into as a family, with both parties refusing to be the first to move out.

Bethenny and Frankel's Divorce Based on 'Fundamental Differences,' She Explains [VIDEO]

Hoppy continues to wear his wedding band and was spotted with the ring earlier this week when in New York City, nine months after the couple announced that they were ending their marriage. He was out at the time with Bryn, who was dressed in a pink dress and colorful butterfly wings.

Hoppy is not quick to remove his wedding band and still wore it even days after the couple announced their split.

The couple filed legal documents based on the "irretrievable breakdown" of their marriage and Frankel explained the reason for the split as "fundamental differences" when she was a guest on Watch What Happens Live on Sept. 10.
