The 14 character posters for Lars Von Trier's Nymphomaniac capture the cast's -- featuring Uma Thurman, Shia LaBeouf, and Jamie Bell -- orgasmic expressions.

The two part, five hour film follows the story of Joe (Charlotte Gainsbourg), who is a self-proclaimed nymphomaniac, and her recollections of her various sexual escapades and encounters from birth to age 50. The film starts with Stellan Skarsgard's character Seligman finding Joe all bruised and battered in an alleyway. He takes her home and nurses her wounds, and Joe narrates her life story to him.

Von Trier is working on two different versions of the film. The first of which will release in Denmark on Dec. 25 and the second might be screened at the Cannes film festival next year.

In an interview with MTV last year, LaBeouf laid emphasis on the film's explicit nature.

"[The movie] is what you think it is," LaBeouf said. "It is Lars von Trier, making a movie about what he's making. For instance, there's a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says we're doing it for real. Everything that is illegal, we'll shoot in blurred images. Other than that, everything is happening."

The film also stars Stacy Martin, Christian Slater, Willem Dafoe, Connie Nielsen, Mia Goth, Udo Kier, Jean Marc-Barr, Caroline Goodall, Kate Ashfield, Saskia Reeves, Sophie Kennedy Clark, Hugo Speer, Felicity Gilbert, Michael Pas, Jesper Christensen, Jens Albinus, Nicolas Bro, Cyron Melville, Shanti Roney, Omar Shargawi, Tania Carlin, Severin von Hoensbroech, and Peter Gilbert Cotton.
