Kris Humphries wants people to know that Fatmire "Myla" Sinanaj is lying and is not his girlfriend.

Humphries reportedly asked his attorney Lee Hutton, to tell Sinanaj to stop telling the media she is his girlfriend, according to RadarOnline.com.

"Any girl that claims she is dating him exclusively is lying," a source told Radaronline.com.

Kim Kardashian's estranged ex-husband and Myla have hooked up since mid-January but they are not in a relationship, according to the report.

According to celebrity news site TMZ, the pair met at a 5-star hotel in New York where she works. She was recently pictured with Humphries on a beach in Miami.

Myla, who bares a striking resemblance to Kim Kardashian, was reportedly pressuring Kris for a commitment but he didn't want to because he is enjoying being single, the source told RadarOnline.

The world watched as Humphries and Kardashian walked down the aisle in a whirlwind, fairytale wedding and when it all came crashing down after 72 days of marriage, the media had a circus with it.

Reports were coming from everywhere that the wedding may have been all a sham, but for Humphries it was very real.

"To me, [the marriage] was real," Humphries said to Access Hollywood. "I would never go through something or do something that wasn't real or I didn't believe in. So, I could really only speak for myself in terms of that."

Although, he will soon be a divorced man, Humphries said everything in his life is ok and he is happy to still have basketball.

"Basketball is where you can go to not think about anything and just let loose," he said. "I always tell people that basketball is like my therapy. Some people talk to psychologists and stuff like that; I just need to go play basketball."
