Kate Middleton's topless photos have already circulated on the web, and on Sept. 28, it was reported that a Danish magazine revealed they will publish those scandalous photos of Middleton as well as some of her without her bikini bottom.

The Huffington Post reported on Friday that  Se og Hør, a Dutch magazine, was said to have ran a series of photos that promised to show the Duchess of Cambridge completely nude, and not just topless. They reported that the photos were rumored to have made their way to the Internet on Friday and the magazine claimed they show Middleton not just topless, but also bottomless, without her bikini bottom that is.

"It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity," Se og Hør Editor-in-chief Kim Henningsen told the Belfast Telegraph. "We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them. If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we'll deal with it."

However, in an interview with CNN reported on Sept. 29, the Danish magazine denied the rumors, dismissing all reports that they published bottomless photos of Middleton. Henningsen dismissed the reports as untrue rumors and told CNN the only photos they published of Middleton were those in their Sept. 20 issue.

Se og Hør published a 16-page photo spread of Middleton topless while sunbathing while on vacation with her husband, Prince William, in France. They are the same photos originally published in Closer magazine, which caused a legal battle between the publication and St. James' Palace over invasion of privacy claims.

The topless photos were also published in Sweden's Se och Hoer, a sister magazine to the Danish title, CNN reported.
