It won't be Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), and it defiantly won't be the man who's bankrolling the superhero collective. Instead, it will be the star-spangled Avenger himself. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) makes this abundantly clear after Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) mistakenly refers to the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist as boss in a new Age of Ultron TV spot.

The tech mogul's passive aggressive nature in this announcement is the least of Captain America's problems however. Used to receiving orders from on high, Steve Rogers will be a little wary without SHIELD calling the shots.

"Well, he's a guy who is, he's a soldier. So he's, he's born into a world of orders and structures, and he likes being he likes being kind of a cog," Evans told Entertainment Weekly. "And once S.H.I. E.L. D was kind of destroyed, he, he's looking for structure and, and now that Avengers don't really report to anyone, they report to each other, it's a different dynamic for him. And he's kinda trying to figure out where he fits in."

For now, it appears he fits in the leadership position. Where he will be when Avengers 2 comes to a close, however, is anyone's guess.
