Rumors are circulating that Paper Towns star Cara Delevingne and her girlfriend, musician St. Vincent, have broken up.

According to Page Six, a source has confirmed a split between the two, saying they recently decided to call it quits on their romance, the first which Delevingne has publicly acknowledged in interviews, though neither of their reps have confirmed the story.

Delevingne, who was previously linked to Harry Styles, Michelle Rodriguez and Jack O'Connell, has never publicly confirmed her romances until her relationship with St. Vincent (real name Annie Clark). In a June interview with Vogue, Delevingne did not refer to her girlfriend by name, but did confirm for the first time that she was dating another woman.

"I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I'm feeling so happy with who I am these days," she said at the time. "And for those words to come out of my mouth is actually a miracle."

Despite the reports, there appears to be no confirmation on either woman's social media accounts that they've split, with St. Vincent even posting a photo of a very special gift Delevingne gave her mere hours before the split rumors started.

The image features a guitar made out to her, signed by David Bowie, which she credits Delevingne with getting for her in the caption.
