Denise Richards is really into the spirit of Christmas this year.

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife is watching over his twins that he has with his other ex-wife, Brooke Mueller.

Mueller left their twin boys under Richards' care because she entered rehab for the 19th time. Mueller's twins Bob and Max, 3, are staying with Richards and her two daughters because Sheen is busy shooting his current cable television hit "Anger Management."

According to TMZ, Richards agreed to keep the boys for "an indefinite period of time." She had two daughters with Sheen prior to their split in 2005 and she has an adopted daughter named Eloise. Richards also watched over Mueller's two kids the last time she was admitted into rehab.

Mueller's trip to rehab follows a recent hospital scare she had on Friday, Dec. 7. She was rushed to the hospital reportedly for a drug overdose.

Hours after she was released, the socialite told TMZ that she didn't use "illegal drugs" but her friends told the gossip site that Mueller admitted she took more Adderall than prescribed. The jewelry designer is taking the medication to treat her attention deficit disorder and according to the report, Adderall is highly addictive due to its "cocaine-like side effects."

Mueller's lawyer, Yale Galanter, confirmed to E! News that Mueller entered rehab to treat her addiction to Adderall, adding, "Brooke was uncomfortable with the way Adderall was making her behave."

Her latest admittance is Mueller's third rehab stint this year. She underwent a 90-day treatment program over the summer and another in early 2012, according to New York Daily News.

Last year Mueller was found with four grams of cocaine and is currently on probation after being arrested for assaulting a woman in 2011.
