Kirsten Dunst has said kissing Brad Pitt was “disgusting.” She was of course talking about a kiss that she had to give Pitt when she was just 11 years old for movie Interview With the Vampire.

Dunst, in one of her earlier childhood roles, played Claudia in the popular vampire flick - a woman trapped in a young girl’s body.

In the film, her character had to kiss the actor, who has been a regular at the top of World’s Most Sexy Men lists for decades. However, even though getting a kiss with Pitt is many-a-woman’s desire, Dunst recently dished the dirt on how it was to kiss him, and she said it was “disgusting.”

Speaking to Bullet magazine, Dunst has said, “It was just a peck.”

She also admitted that many of her school friends were super jealous that she could have an on screen romance with Pitt, however, in reality Dunst was less than impressed by the encounter.

Dunst recalled: "I remember Brad would watch lots of 'Real World' episodes. He had this long hair. He was just a hippie-ish cool dude."

She added, "Everyone at the time was like, 'You're so lucky you kissed Brad Pitt,' but I thought it was disgusting. I didn't kiss anyone else until I was 16, I think."

Dunst in fact made her film debut in Oedipus Wrecks, a short film directed by Woody Allen for the anthology New York Stories in 1989. Then at 11 she got her breakthrough role, receiving widespread recognition for playing the role of vampire Claudia in Interview with the Vampire in 1994. She was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress for that performance.

Later she went on to appear in Little Women the same year, and in Jumanji the following year to further acclaim.

More recently she went on to play the role of Mary Jane Watson in the Spiderman trilogy from 2002 to 2007.
