Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi is seen visiting her doctor's office on next week's new episode of Shahs Of Sunset, and in a sneak peek at the upcoming episode, she is seen undergoing what appears to be a painful removal of her stitches.

While fans will have to wait and see why Gharachedaghi got stitches in the first place, it likely has something to do with her rheumatoid arthritis.

Gharachedaghi first revealed her struggles with RA in 2014.

"For all of you asking about the picture of the hospital band. Thank you for your kind words. I'm ok... just waiting on results in order to take the next step. Remember, life is too short to complain about the small things. Be grateful for everyday that you're given," she wrote at the time, along with the Instagram announcement below.

One year later, she began chemotherapy.

“Today is the day I begin the process of chemotherapy,” Gharachedaghi wrote on Instagram in Oct. 2015, according to a report by Us Weekly at the time. “Never have I ever been so scared yet so excited at the same time. I’m scared because, well, the f—king obvious, it’s chemo! But I’m excited because for 5 years I’ve put this off because of my fear of the word ‘chemotherapy’ and I’ve now reached a place of acceptance.”

“My RA is working in overcharge and my health has not been getting better,” she added. “But today I will take charge and hope for a better tomorrow. Hopefully I will inspire others to not be afraid as well. Thank you all for always being so supportive of me on this journey. Wish me luck!”
