Are Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin headed for divorce due to allegations of cheating?

According to a new report, the Teen Mom 2 couple, who will say goodbye to one another during tonight's episode of the show as Marroquin is deployed, is facing a crisis within their marriage as rumors of Lowry's feelings for her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera, continue to swirl.

Although Rivera is currently engaged to Vee Torres, the mother of his youngest child, a source claims he and Lowry spent time together earlier this month when they both attended the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles.

“Jo even stayed in her hotel room until 3 a.m., talking. She’s jealous of his fiancée, Vee [Torres], and will always have a special place in her heart for him,” an insider told In Touch Weekly on Thursday. “Kailyn has been telling friends that she and Jo could still get back together."

In addition, the source claimed Marroquin has also been spending time with a member of the opposite sex.

“They were already having trouble, now Kailyn believes Javi cheated with a woman he’s been hanging out with,” the source explained. “It’s definitely over. It’s sad, but it looks like they could wind up in a nasty custody battle [over son Lincoln, 2].”

In November, Lowry opened up about her marriage struggles with Marroquin.

“I think it’s been hard because I’m a college student and it’s hard for me to balance a family life and a social life knowing that I can’t relate to a lot of the kids that I go to school with,” Lowry told Radar Online. “I can, but I can’t at the same time... It’s like this weird dynamic and I think just finding a balance where I can have my family and my social life—that’s where we have to figure it out."
