It looks like Heidi Klum might have an agenda here. That, or she just might truly been in love. The model has recently declared her love for her long-term boyfriend, Vito Schnabel with many fans wondering if he's ever going to pop the all important question soon, as the couple has been dating for several years now.

According to People Magazine over the weekend, when asked if she had a certain "musical crush" that she would hope to meet in the future, Klum admitted that she only has eyes for one man right now.

She explained, "I'm very much in love, so my eyes only have the hearts for someone else."

When asked what made her fall in love with the young art dealer, Klum said, "How do you know when it is? You just feel it, and then you know. Is there something that you can pinpoint on someone? It's just a whole package that you fall in love with, right?"

Even though the couple have been dating for well over two years now, there's no word on whether or not Schnabel plans on making things official between them. Klum was previously married to singer Seal and shares custody of her four children with her ex-husband. She pulled the plug on their marriage back in 2012 after being together for nearly seven years.

Schnabel was previously linked to supermodel Elle MacPherson and Hollywood actress Demi Moore.
