Leah Messer posted a photo of her daughter, Ali, in the hospital on Tuesday.

Just days after Ali and Aleeah attended their first day of 1st grade, the Teen Mom 2 star checked into the hospital, where she was scheduled to undergo a sleep study.

"Say a prayer for my Ali Bug, It's that time of year again. She has one of the bravest most courageous souls that I know! Can't believe it's already been a year since her last Sleep Study! #nationwidechildrenshospital #BestHospital #BestStaff," Messer wrote in the caption of her Instagram picture.

Earlier this week, Messer and her ex-husband, Corey Simms, came together for their twins' first day of school and afterwards, Messer shared a photo collage with fans.

"The girls first day of FIRST grade! Grace was the one that was nervous, and We were the ones nervous for BOTH of them," Messer wrote of herself and Simms.

"Ali was just all ready to go! Bless their hearts, and pray for courage and strength! This was a big step for these twin sisters," Messer continued. "They rode different buses and will be in different classes. They are being combined with another school also. We know they'll do great!!Mommy loves you two so much! This is the first step to letting go, and watching them grow into beautiful souls. Although, we will never let go completely! There's no way. I'm going to be all emotional today, but that's okay!"
