High-flying New York Knick Jeremy Lin is putting an end to rumors that he's dating reality star Kim Kardashian.

"I have no idea where that came from," Lin said in an ESPN interview that aired on sister network ABC's Good Morning America yesterday.

A Kardashian rep also says the two are not an item.

"Absolutely 100 percent not true," her rep told amNew York. "Someone made that story up!"

MediaTakeOut.com had reported that Kardashian found the NBA superstar "cute" and had arranged a double date with Lin's teammate Carmelo Anthony and his wife, LaLa.

In the interview, Lin said he didn't think he was Kardashian's "type."

Lin is 23 and single; Kardashian, 31, recently divorced New Jersey Net Kris Humphries after a 72-day marriage.
