Actress Jessica Alba has taken to Instagram to show off some impressive Street Fighter moves.

Since early April, Alba has been using the website to post a series of pictures of herself in various "Hadouken" poses. Hadouken is a fighting move popularized by the video game series Street Fighter and it literally translates to "surge fist" in Japanese.

Hadouken has recently become a meme on the Internet, with people posing in pictures of themselves performing special attacks from the Street Fighter games on their "opponents".

Alba posted four different photos on Instagram of herself performing the Hadouken attack on May 14th with her co-workers from her self-started company Honest.

The actress has taking a cool-down from Hollywood in the last few years, only choosing to star in select films like Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World as well as lending her voice to Escape from Planet Earth. She will, however, be starring in two other movies this year, Machete Kills, which is the follow-up to her ALMA Award-winning role in Machete and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.

Alba recently spoke to Washingtonian about her latest book and her thoughts about motherhood and her business. She stated, "[Having my kids] was the best time of my life. I love it-I feel more fearless as an actress after becoming a mother, which is quite liberating."

She recently released her new book The Honest Life: Living Naturally and True to You chronicling her life has a mother and how she maintains living an honest, healthy lifestyle.

On her lifestyle change she notes: "I think as you go into a new, different phase, things do change, and that's influenced who I am and my choices. It happened organically."
