They divorced in 2015, but the current custody battle Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are engaged in over their son Julian has officially taken a shocking turn with documents that Patton has filed where she accuses her ex-husband of a number of things, including domestic abuse.

According to Us Weekly, Patton has accused Thicke of physically assaulting her, cheating on her on multiple occasions and having a serious cocaine problem, shortly after both appeared in court seeking temporary sole custody of their son.

Thicke was denied his request, but Patton was granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order, which forces Thicke to stay away from her, her mother, and their son.

In the documents, Patton claimed that Thicke threatened her with violence multiple times, and cheated on her on several occasions including once around Valentine's Day in 2013, when he attempted to cheat on her with another woman in their bungalow at the Chateau Marmont, something that he couldn't complete doing because of the amount of cocaine in his system, which made him unable to perform. She also claimed that after their separation, Thicke also had a "manicure and pedicure party for...six naked women in our family home," and after he had "agreed to a divorce," he allegedly told her "that he had very little money left and that he would most likely end up living in an apartment in the Valley." He also reportedly pledged to never use drugs in front of their son.

Patton previously accused Thicke of abusing their son after he reportedly told his principal and school's mediator that his father had hurt him. Thicke has denied any wrongdoing in the past, stating he would "On a very rare occasion and only as a last resort,...use light spanking, but it is consistent with the law." He also accused Patton of making the allegations because she wasn't allowed to attend his father Alan's funeral in December, something he felt she only wanted to attend in order to gain additional public exposure.

Patton herself is also under investigation by the DCFS for alleged emotional abuse of the pair's son, and the investigation is ongoing.
