Kevin Hart Welcomes His Third Child, Baby Kenzo
Comedian and actor Kevin Hart has a new addition to his family.
Hart and his wife, Eniko, welcomed their baby boy, Kenzo Kash Hart, earlier this morning. Hart announced the arrival of his son on Twitter. This is his third child as he has two children, Heaven and Hendrix, from his first marriage to Torrei Hart.
The couple announced on Mother's Day via Instagram that they were expecting their first child together. The couple was engaged in August 2014 and married in August 2016 near Santa Barbara, California. The Harts hosted an elaborate, Lion King-themed baby shower in October to celebrate the arrival of baby Kenzo.
"God is truly amazing....Kenzo Kash Hart was born at 1:45am," Hart tweeted on Tuesday morning. "He is Healthy & already smiling. Thank you all for your prayers!!!! We love & appreciate ya #Harts," Hart tweeted this morning.
In September, the actor was involved in a cheating scandal after pictures and video clips emerged online of Hart with another woman. At first, the actor denied any allegations of him cheating on his wife but later, he admitted to making "an error in judgment." Hart apologized to his wife and family on his Instagram page and stated that someone was trying to extort money from him but he'd rather confess what he did wrong.
Despite various rumors of divorce, the couple seemed to work through the situation and continued to look forward to the birth of their son.
Hart's acting career began after appearing in Paper Soldier and Scary Movie 3 films. Before that, Hart was a struggling comedian, which he acknowledges was quite hard for him where he was booed off the stage several times.
In 2016, Forbes listed Hart as the highest paid comedian, beating Jerry Seinfeld. Hart has also starred in blockbuster movies such as Central Intelligence, Ride Along, Think Like a Man, and The Secret Life of Pets.
The comedian is teaming up with his Central Intelligence co-star, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, in the comedy-action film, Jumanji, which will be in theaters on Dec. 20, 2017. Jumanji is a standalone sequel to the 1995 original movie, which also stars Jack Black and Karen Gillian.
