It looks like Remy Ma is on the hunt for a new manager. According to TMZ, the rapper decided to cut Vincent Herbert from her team because she feels that he is more focused on repairing his relationship with his ex-wife, Tamar Braxton

Herbert was reportedly failing to complete managerial duties such as booking studio time and scheduling performances.

Remy's decision to hire the record executive came shortly after she signed a multimillion-dollar contract with Columbia Records. However, their relationship was short-lived. Sources claim that the "All the Way Up" rapper did not want to be involved with Braxton and Herbert's family drama, which includes Braxton's filing for divorce and Herbert's cheating allegations.

Prior to working with Herbert, Remy was managed by her husband, Papoose. The two have been married since 2008.

The Family Drama Continues

As previously reported, Braxton filed for divorce from Herbert in October 2017 just one month before their ninth anniversary. Following the divorce reports, fans learned that Herbert was arrested for several hours on Christmas Day.

When asked about the fall-out during the holiday season, Braxton stated that things got heated in the midst of everything they were going through.

"Co-parenting while going through a divorce is not an easy task. While celebrating the Christmas Holiday as a family, after a few drinks and some jealously, things got a bit out of hand, which is common for most families during this time," the singer stated

Recently, video footage of Herbert and Braxton was leaked. The two were at the Los Angeles International Airport with their son, Logan Vincent Herbert. However, since being seen together, Tamar stated that they decided to no longer discuss their relationship in public.

"P.s. ALSO agreed not to speak on this anymore in public after this! My son can read and he's not dumb #2018goals #praymystrengthinthelord I've made lots of mistakes and I'm just trying to be a better person," the singer stated in a now deleted Instagram post.

As there are no claims as to who will be Remy's new manager, fans are hoping that it doesn't prolong the new music she is slated to release in 2018.

Herbert may have lost Remy Ma as a client but he is still working with artists such as Lil Kim and Xscape, which he recently signed with in December 2017.
