Amy Schumer reminisced on the day she married Chris Fischer by sharing a video of the ceremony that highlights the couple saying their wedding vows.

Wedding Video

Schumer took to her Instagram and shared to her 6.5 million followers a clip from her wedding day. The video opens with a shot of the beach and a glimpse at the actress walking down the aisle toward her future husband. There are quick shots of Schumer and her friends laughing together as they posed for photos and of the male guests grouped together possibly also for a photo.

Then the bridesmaids walk down the aisle showering the seated guests with petals from the basket they carried on their hands. Then Fischer says his vows with a catch in his voice.

"I love you, Amy. You bring happiness and joy to every part of my life. You're the best thing that ever happened to me. I love you with every piece of my heart," Fischer says.

Schumer steals a kiss from the groom even before the ceremony ended and breaks the emotional tension in the ceremony with a quick joke.

"I just wanted to plug some of my road dates," the comedian says and her guests erupt into laughter.

"People are wondering why the rush. Why so fast and it's because I truly cannot wait another second to be your wife. I love you," Schumer tells Fischer.

The newlyweds walk down the aisle together under the shower of petals and then took photos with the guests afterward. Chelsea Handler, Larry David, and Jennifer Lawrence were among the guests at Schumer and Fischer's wedding. The video ends with the couple sharing a kiss by the beach.

Mrs. Fischer

The stand-up comedian revealed in an interview on SiriusXM's You Up With Nikki Glaser podcast that she wrote her wedding vow in 20 minutes. She remembered crying the entire time she was thinking that her vow sucked.

She also gushed about her husband's vow, saying that his vow blew her out of the water so hard. Schumer also marveled and gushed at the "Mrs." in her name. In the same interview, Schumer explained why she married her chef husband so soon.

"Part of the thing that's good about us getting married so quickly is that we're so in love," she said.

Schumer and Fischer tied the knot in a secret wedding ceremony on Feb. 13 at a private villa in Malibu, California.
