Audrina Patridge has filed court documents asking for the removal of ex-husband Corey Bohan's visitation rights with their 1-year-old daughter after he allegedly displayed abusive behavior toward their child and stalked her.

Court Filing

Patridge filed for a restraining order against Bohan and a request to have his visitation rights stripped in an Orange County courthouse on Wednesday. The emergency request comes after the Hills alum expressed fear for her and for her daughter Kirra's life over her ex-husband's alleged emotionally abusive behavior.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Patridge cited a recorded incident on March 5, when Bohan allegedly threatened her by saying, "You better start f**king playing nice, I'm f**king warning you." Then he followed her aggressively out of the parking lot. She also mentioned another encounter when Bohan almost ran her sister over with his car when he swerved dangerously close to her.

The Sorority Row actress also accused her estranged husband of stalking her on social media and attempting to attack her character using her posts. She pointed at one of her posts after she attended church and Bohan responded on his own social media account.

"One thing I cannot stand is those people who are pure evil pushing the 'I love church' behavior,'" Bohan allegedly wrote, which Patridge said proves that he has been keeping tabs on her and disparaging her through social media.

The 32-year-old then accused her ex of being "angry, rude and emotionally abusive" toward their daughter. She backed up her claims with a recklessness complaint and provided a Snapchat clip that shows Bohan filming a video while at the wheel with Kirra in a car seat that is facing the wrong way.

"I am more afraid of him now than ever, and fear for the safety of our daughter Kirra when she is in his care," Patridge said in her court request.

Denial

However, Bohan denied that he is stalking his ex-wife on social media because she has blocked him from viewing her accounts as he has also done with her on his accounts. He is asking the court to deny her request, because there has not been any evidence of domestic violence to support her request for a restraining order and removal of his visitation rights with Kirra. Bohan said the court request is his ex-wife's way of "purposely sabotaging" his time with their daughter.

Patridge filed for divorce and a temporary restraining order against Bohan in September after she accused him of pushing her while she was holding Kirra. The actress also got full custody of their daughter after Bohan got into a heated argument with her father.
