Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are preparing to end their superstar marriage. Insiders to both camps believe that their divorce is inevitable.

Emergency Boot Camp

According to InTouch Magazine, Urban and Kidman decided to go through couples' boot camp to repair their relationship. However, the experience transformed into a nightmare for both 50-year-olds. The entertainment news magazine further revealed that it was Urban's decision for them to travel to the boot camp in Vermont, where they began to evaluate their relationship. While Kidman was hesitant with the idea, it was the former American Idol judge giving an ultimatum of him leaving her that changed her mind.

"They addressed a range of issues, including emotional intimacy, and focused on the root of their problems as they learned to break down walls and start working on their issues rather than plastering over the cracks," said an insider to InTouch Magazine.

Urban revealed that he was tired of the Golden Globe Award-winning actress's constant monitoring of him. This statement forced Kidman to break down in tears, as she explained that she faced relationship hell in the past and vowed not to be emotionally tormented in future relationships.

Insiders in both camps reported that the couple was at the retreat for nearly a week, but unfortunately, more problems persisted.

"They have been fighting constantly over Nicole's incessant jealousy and need to control Keith on every level," said an insider to OK! Magazine.

Both spouses have been jealous of each other through their different actions. This year, Urban was shocked and upset when Kidman used her influence on HBO to hire Zoe Kravitz, the daughter of ex-flame Lenny Kravitz, for her show Big Little Lies. Urban was worried that Kravitz still held Kidman's heartstrings.

Meanwhile, in 2015, Kidman's jealousy manifested when Urban was photographed with his then opening act, the rising country star Kelsea Ballerini.

Another major factor that divided the couple was the location to raise their children, 9-year-old Sunday and 7-year-old Faith. Kidman wished that the couple returned to their native country of Australia to raise them there. However, Urban wanted the family to remain in Nashville for his career. The couple also has a $40-million New York City mansion that has six floors.

Other Celebrity Divorcees

Kidman and Urban are not the only celebrities getting a divorce. Vanessa Trump, the soon-to-be ex-wife of Donald Trump, Jr., filed for divorce against the First Son following a 12-year marriage. Sources stated that Vanessa was tired of living a separate life from her husband. The duo has five kids together.

FOX News personality Jesse Watters received shocking news from ex-wife, Noelle, as she filed for divorce from him. Watters reportedly cheated on her with a 25-year-old production assistant who was later reassigned to another network show.
