Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber's fans are hoping they will soon get back together but it isn't looking like a reunion will happen anytime soon.

Although both Gomez and Bieber were in Los Angeles over Easter weekend, they chose to celebrate the holiday separately.

According to a Hollywood Life report on Monday, April 2, Gomez was spotted out the day before in Los Angeles carrying a Bible and several other items as she ventured into a church. In the images, the 25-year-old singer was seen with her hair pulled into a tight ponytail as she showed off some cleavage in a floral dress.

Gomez was also toting a Coach bag she had promoted on Instagram just days prior. As fans may have seen, Gomez debuted the Riley bag last week in a series of images that seemed to suggest she had dyed her hair red. However, in the photos taken on Easter Sunday, she was brunette once again.

Justin Dressed Up Like A Bunny

As Gomez attended church, her ex-boyfriend took to his Instagram page to reveal his thoughts about the holiday.

"Easter is not about a bunny," he wrote, according to a Teen Vogue report. "My Jesus died on the cross for my sins and then rose from the dead defeating death. I believe this happened and it changes everything! I am set free from bondage and shame I am a child of the most high God and he loves me exactly where I am how I am for who I am."

Although Bieber made it clear in his first Easter post that the holiday wasn't just about bunnies, he later returned to his social media page and went back on his comment, stating that Easter was about bunnies and even sharing several images of himself dressed up like a bunny.

Selena And Justin's Latest Split

Following a breakup between Gomez and The Weeknd in late 2017, the singer and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Bieber reunited. In the weeks that followed, Gomez and Bieber enjoyed a number of outings around town, including bike rides and visits to restaurants. Then, over the New Year holiday, they traveled to Mexico with their friends.

Gomez and Bieber also enjoyed a trip to Jamaica earlier this year for the wedding of his father. However, their good times came to an end just a short while later as rumors began swirling which suggested the couple were taking a break from their years-long relationship.
