She may be famous for her strict, gluten-free diet, but Kourtney Kardashian still has to live. The reality star shared her tips for diet cheating.

Everything In Moderation

The mother of three revealed that she's relaxed her diet lately and is instead taking an everything-in-moderation approach when it comes to eating well.

The reality star made the claims on a new post on her app. She had previously bragged about weighing just 98 pounds, earlier this year, which is only slightly more than eldest child Mason. Kardashian admitted that she would previously stay really strict day to day and then splurge whenever she went on vacation.

"That wasn't making sense for me anymore. I don't want to throw my body off by eating whatever I want when I travel and then be really strict other times," she admitted.

After spending a long time fearing gluten and dairy, the mother of three also divulged that she now partakes in both, albeit in relatively small amounts, to keep her system ticking over.

Proper Cheat Meals

As for those all-important cheat meals, Kardashian is reluctant to even use the terminology, because of the implicit negativity.

"I don't like saying the word 'cheat' because it's negative, which doesn't make sense for all the hard work and eating healthy I do most of the time," she said.

When she does indulge, however, she likes to partake in pizza and ice cream — albeit still in moderation. This is in keeping with the super-sexy Instagram post she shared back in March, which showed her in bed, in a see-through black top and black tights, having a one-woman pizza party all by herself.

Although recent reports seemed to suggest Kardashian doesn't allow her children to partake in the sweeter things in life, they were soon debunked. She was spotted enjoying ice cream with all three kids just last summer, while on a family vacation in Nantucket.

Rallying Around Her

Khloe's post comes just days after she and sister Kim Kardashian-West flew out to Cleveland to visit new mother, Khloe, who gave birth to a daughter amidst a cheating scandal with partner Tristan Thompson.

The NBA star was accused, via damning video and photographic evidence, of cheating on Khloe throughout their relationship, as recently as just a few weeks ago.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians cameras reportedly caught the drama on tape, but there's no word yet on whether it will feature on the hit show.

The extended Kardashian-Jenner clan have now rallied around Khloe in an effort to keep her stable. They're also looking to get Khloe out of Cleveland and back to their home base in L.A. as soon as possible, so they can keep an eye on the new mother.
