Nobody looked so fabulous at 50 than Jennifer Lopez. However, it looks like 50 is looking much better for JLo.
Since she turned 50 in July, Jennifer Lopez has stunned everyone with performances one after another. She recently released her movie, "Hustlers," announced her Super Bowl halftime performance alongside Shakira, and walked the ramp in Milan to close the Versace fashion show.
Nonetheless, after all that, she is not done with this year yet.
Renowned luxury brand Coach has tapped the singer-actress to be their newest Global Brand Ambassador, and she was more than willing to take on the role.
JLo will be at the forefront of fashion shows, fashion campaigns, and a lot of other exciting activities the brand has in store for her. Lopez's launch would be the Spring 2020 collection.
Now, everyone is excited about the brilliance she is going to bring to the brand.
Coach x JLo
In a statement shared with People, JLo cannot help but be overly happy about her collaboration with one of her trusted brands. The actress revealed that the upcoming collection speaks a lot about her personal style. She also hinted that it is the coming together of uptown and downtown mix.
Lopez's love for this fashion brand goes way back. The superstar donned one of its signature bags in the music video she created in 2002 for the song, "All I Have," featuring fellow artist LL Cool J.
In the video, the singer can be seen walking the streets of New York carrying several cream and brown Coach leather bags.
"Jennifer is authentic. She's determined and she's original who creates her own path to do the things that she wants in her own way," said Stuart Vevers, creative director of Coach.
Vevers also specifically noted the coach bags Jennifer carried in her music video and how it created an authentic connection to the brand's heritage. He further noted that everyone in the creative team is excited to bring JLo and Juergen Teller together.
JLo's Amazing Surprise
Although Coach announced on Tuesday that Jennifer Lopez is the new face of their global brand, JLo gave her fans a sneak peek of her new campaign with Coach on Sunday.
In her post on Instagram stories, the actress can be seen on top of the Empire State Building wrapped in a fur coat. She said that she was on top of the best city in the world, New York, shooting for my first official campaign with Coach.
Lopez promised her followers that "amazing things" were coming, hinting on the new collection.
Apart from Coach, Lopez has also been the face of several other campaigns such as Guess Jeans, alongside her fiancee Alex Rodriguez. Earlier this year, the baseball star and JLo fronted the brand's sunglasses campaign.
