Spidey fans can get their first look at the web-slinger's latest movie foe, Electro.

The Marc Webb helmed The Amazing Spider-Man 2 landed a spot on the cover of Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con edition. Hero and villain face off as Jamie Foxx shows off his Electro ensemble.

While Electro's suit is a deep blue hue with silver lighting bolts above the elbows, Foxx's face is a mixture of dark blue and purple. Veins of glowing light run across his shaved head and face while his eyes glow white. Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) comes nose to nose with his enemy in the photo, which you can view here.

While we don't know what Foxx thinks of his cool, new look, the actor does appear excited to dabble in the evil side.

"To get to be the villain and get to say all the cool stuff? Of course!" the 45-year-old Foxx told Entertainment Weekly of his quick decision to take the role.

The site also revealed and image of the teen hero in his markedly untidy bedroom.

"What clues can you find in this Spider-Man photo," read's the photo's caption, which can be viewed here.

In the film, Peter Parker attempts to balance his love life, high school, and crime fighting. However, Spider-Man finds life becomes quite a bit more difficult when Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) returns and Electro turns into a threat.

The Adventures of Spider-Man 2 hits theaters May 2, 2014.
