The 2013-2014 NBA season will be the first time Paul Pierce will wear a uniform that doesn't feature the Celtics logo, and in memory of his time with team he shared his favorite moments in Boston via his Twitter page.

Pierce was traded, along with fellow veteran Kevin Garnett, from the Celtics to the Brooklyn Nets on June 27. Along with Ray Allen, Garnett and Pierce formed an Eastern Conference powerhouse when they joined forces in 2007. The trio won a championship in 2008 and embarked on several memorable runs deep into the playoffs.

Pierce shared some of his favorite moments during this time as well as his earlier years with the Celtics on Twitter.

Despite his trade to the Nets, Pierce will undoubtedly be remembered as a Boston Celtic after spending 15 seasons with the team. Last week, the Celtics even took out a full-page ad in Friday's Boston Globe to thank Garnett and Pierce for "bleeding green."

Pierce averaged 21 rebounds, four assists and six rebounds with the club, and was named to the NBA All-Star team 10 times as a member of the franchise. In 2009 he won the championship with the Celtics and was also named NBA Finals MVP for his play against Kobe Bryant's Los Angeles Lakers.

On July 26, when the NBA releases the schedule for the 2013-2014 NBA season, many fans will be searching for one date in particular: the game that will bring Pierce and the Brooklyn Nets back to Boston's TD Garden. The matchup will surely be an emotional homecoming for Pierce and Garnett, but until then, check out Pierce's favorite memories from his time in Beantown.
