Princess Charlene is officially back in Monaco as she continues her recovery. Still, it only caused a royal expert to ask Prince Albert to be more honest about his wife's status instead.

On Saturday, the Palace confirmed that Princess Charlene returned to the country after four months of her stay at a medical center. It all began in November when she experienced physical and emotional exhaustion following her months-long stay in South Africa.

While her return is good news, royal expert Brittani Barger urged Prince Albert to speak the truth about his wife's condition.

"There are still so many questions regarding this - What caused her to almost die? There are so many questions that I don't know if we'll ever get the answers to because of how private the Princely Palace is," he told Express. "Of course, that is going to lead to more rumors and speculation about all kinds of different things - marriage, mental health."

The Royal Central's deputy editor also highlighted Prince Albert's lack of information while asking him to come out and honestly reveal what exactly happened and what her treatments are for.

By doing so, he believes it could end all the speculation.

What Prince Albert Said About Princess Charlene's Condition

Before Barger shared his thoughts, the Palace said that the princess experienced a state of "profound general fatigue."

"The next few weeks should allow for Princess Charlene to further strengthen Her health, before gradually resuming Her official duties and commitments," the Palace said on Saturday.

Amid the diagnosis speculations, Prince Albert revealed that the issue is not COVID nor cancer. For what it's worth, the princess underwent corrective surgery following her previous ENT procedure. Multiple news outlets said that she was confined to the Netcare Alberlito Hospital under a fake name to protect her privacy.

Unfortunately, she stayed for a long time due to the infection after undergoing surgery.

Meanwhile, her father had already broken his silence following her stay in South Africa for six months. Michael Wittstock told South Africa's YOU Magazine that the royal princess was in "a very vulnerable" condition.

According to the patriarch, Princess Charlene used to swim 20 km a day. Thus, he knows she will get through her health issues.

Wittstock and his wife, Lynnette, failed to visit her due to the COVID-19 protocols.
